Lead Counsel for Ahiwe during the day’ s sitting Mr Chukwuemeka Nwaogu had so applied after he submitted that other parties in the case namely the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the Labour party had been served but not yet Otti.

The Chairman of the Tribunal Justice M. Gwatana who noted that all reliefs sought by the Counsel in the application were in the right direction, ruled that the Tribunal has no option than to grant the reliefs as sought.
